Ingredients:

1 medium egg/ or flax egg
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
80 g yogurt / 4 1/2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
30 g cashews(~ 3 tablespoons)
30 g dried cranberries(3 3/4 tbsp)
70 g rolled oats(~ 3/4 cup)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
baking soda(1/8 teaspoon)
18 x 13 cm / 7 x 5 inches
bake 25-30 minutes at 160°C/ 320°F
