These low calorie protein donuts are a delicious and healthy snack option that won't derail your diet.
Each donut contains approximately 60-70 calories, depending on the size of your donut pan. With their high protein content and low calorie count, these donuts make a great post-workout snack or a guilt-free treat to satisfy your sweet tooth

Ingredients:

1 egg/or flax egg
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 g greek yogurt(10% fat) 1/4 cup
55 g oat flour(1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon cacao/ carob powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
bake 15-17 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
Cream:
100 g greek yogurt(10% fat) 1/4 cup
1 tbsp protein powder
