Ingredients:

180 g rolled oats (2 cups)
250 m kefir(1 cup)
80 g prunes(1/2 cup)
2 eggs/ or flax eggs
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp wheat flour
30 g cranberries(1/4 cup)
nuts for decoration(optional)
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
powdered sweetener (optional)
