Ingredients:

1 egg
a pinch of salt
30 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice) 2 tbsp
30 ml coconut oil (2 tbsp)
1 medium apple
cinnamon
80 g oat flour(~3/4 cup)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
bake 15-18 minutes at 170°C/ 340°F
