Doctors treating injured soldiers in Ukraine say most of the war wounds now are the result of shrapnel, shell fragments and landmines - Not bullet wounds.

Al Jazeera spoke to a combat medic nicknamed 'Doc' about the challenges of rescue work, in a war of mortars, land mines and aerial attacks, and fewer face-to-face battles.

Al Jazeera's Zein Basravi reports from Robotyne, in Ukraine's Zaporizhia region.
