East Lansing BWL representative resigns

Tuesday night East Lansing BWL Representative Bob Nelson resigned from his post after concerns over the company's decisions on not paying to the state's fund that gives low income households energy assistance. According to Nelson, the state will no longer help BWL customers as long as they do not contribute to the fund. FOX 47's Marcus Dash sat down with Bob Nelson to discuss the effect this cold have on low income families in our area.
