Sidney Powell, one of Donald Trump's former lawyers, has pleaded guilty to conspiring to overturn the results of the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Appearing in court in Fulton County, Powell pleaded guilty to six counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with the performance of electoral duties. Powell was accused, alongside Trump and 17 others, of violating Georgia's anti-racketeering law. They have been accused of launching a wide-ranging scheme to keep the Republican president in power after he lost the election to Democrat Joe Biden.
