Colkegan cask strength

Tonite God willing we dive into. Colkegan cask strength. This Santa Fe American single malt. Gives us a sweet floral slightly smoky kick in the teeth.
On the initial. It’s malty cream and floral vanilla. Slight chocolate and coffee.
On the taste honeysuckle, green tea, and salted caramel.
On the finish. It’s a bit of matcha and spice with a slight. Ever so slight ashy smoke.
I can’t tell you how this whiskey has redeveloped my pallet. I can say with certainty one of the best American single malts around. Cant get enough.
