Love God first. Love one another. People are better than material things.

God must be your first love. No one and nothing else can replace Him. Period.

Second, people would rather have you than material possessions. Also, many on the local level are tired of being replaced by technology. While all these acts have pure intentions, the time has come when people need real, in-person connections. Soon enough these devices won't even be an option. We need to adapt to that now. A great way to show you love them is to put down your phone, go to them, and spend time, and without the devices. People don't need stuff. They need others. It's the best way to show the love of Christ for one another.
