Steaks with Goat Cheese & Meyer Lemon Honey Mustard Sauce

After my recent review of Keto honey substitutes, I was excited to return to one of my family's favorite recipes - rib-eyes and hanger steak with goat cheese and Meyer lemon honey mustard sauce. This combination of ingredients really brings it, with the sweet of the honey pairing with the acidity of the lemon and mustard to balance the richness of the steak and goat cheese.

To make the sauce, whisk together the following:
- 1/4 cup (60mL) keto honey substitute (see link below)
- zest and juice of 1 Meyer lemon
- 1 TB Dijon mustard
- 1 TB whole grain mustard

Top steaks with goat cheese and drizzle with the sauce.
