President Trump opens Indiana tax reform announcement with "Hearts and Prayers" to the people of Puerto Rico

President Trump began his tax reform announcement in Indiana by sending hearts and prayers to the people of Puerto Rico saying that they have massive amounts of food and water being delivered to the country.
