fry for few minutes at medium heat
1/2 cup(60 g) cashews(raw, unsalted)
100 g(3.5 oz) pitted dates
70 g(2.5 oz) dark chocolate(use without added sugar if you can)
chopped cashews for decoration(optional)
refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
