Chaturanga Dandasana: to shift or not to shift!?

Shifting forward requires more strength in the shoulders and more wrist extension. Many yogis don’t have the strength for this pose. Knees chest chin is one of the best options to build that strength and moving intuitively is always the best way to go. What feels good for you? The aesthetic of the 90 degree angle might look appealing but feels best? Personally, not shifting feels better and puts me in a better position for upward facing dog. Our proportions are different too so no one fits all works in yoga. Let me know what you think. @jenni_rawlings and @lara.heimann have done some great posts about this!
