How often will I meet with the construction manager during the home build process? #buildingahouse

Do NOT Build a Home with out first doing this… The most important decision you will make when building a home is choosing the right home builder. Question 12 you should ask a home builder is, How often will I meet with the construction manager during the home build process? You should have a minimum or 2 appointments with the superintendent while your home is being built. You may have a pre-dig meeting where they set the expectation for what should happen & when. The builder should hold a 4-way walk through to show you the plumbing, electrical, HVAC & etc before sheetrock. And you should have a final walkthrough where a builder’s representatives will give you an orientation of your home explaining how everything works. At this meeting, you can ask questions & point out poor workmanship. I would avoid home builders that don’t have scheduled walkthroughs.
