Looking for a fast and delicious breakfast that's easy to make!? With just a few simple ingredients, including oats, apple, cocoa and maple syrup, you can whip up a batch of these muffins in no time. They're perfect for busy mornings and the best part is that they're so tasty, you'll want to make them every day!❤️

Ingredients:

85 g rolled oats(~1 cup)
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp cocoa/ carob powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
cinnamon
1 egg
1 tbsp mapple syrup/ honey
125 ml milk/ plant milk(1/2 cup)
1 medium apple
almond flakes(optional)
bake 25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
