Ingredients:

100 g pitted dates/ 3.5 ounces
add hot water and let it soak for 5-10 minutes
80 g rolled oats(~ 1 cup)
100 g walnuts(1 cup)
1 tablespoon carob powder/ cocoa
1 tablespoon honey
130 g dark chocolate/ 4.5 ounces
15 g coconut oil / 1 tablespoon
refrigerate for 15 minutes
