Alice in Wonderland (1903) 🐱 Cat Movies 🎥🐈

British silent film, first film adaptation of Lewis Carroll's 1865 novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

The film is innovative for its use of special effects for the time, including the Cheshire Cat, which appears and disappears for Alice.

Only one copy of the original film is known. The British Film Institute (BFI) partially restored the short to its original tone and released it in 2010.
