8 billion humans on earth but humanity has left us. Do we get to come back from this

Please feel free to repost this without fear of copyright. We can collectively make the world a better place but first we need to soften our hearts from all the callus that has built up around it over the years. We have all chosen a side so everything becomes about little victories and small defeats regardless of the actions that give us those little victories in our minds. We are programmed to believe that the only way I win is if someone else loses. How about creating a world where the only way I win is if you win too.
