Chinese Minister SLAMS West's Cold War Mentality, Says Russia🇷🇺 & China🇨🇳 Are Stabilising Forces

He says China maintains no military alliances to reflect its peaceful posture, slams the Cold War mentality of the US and its allies, saying 'joining forces with other countries against China won't work.
