You can prepare this nutritious and delicious breakfast in just 5 minutes! It’s both healthy and simple leaving you with no reason to skip breakfast on busy mornings. My time-saving tip is to boil the eggs the night before and refrigerate them. In the morning, all you need to do is toast your bread and assemble the egg salad – that’s it!

Ingredients:
+ 1 Slice Ezekiel bread
+ 2 hard boiled eggs
+ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
+ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
+ Thyme
+ Parsley flakes
+ Salt & pepper
+ Honey

Instructions:
+ Boil the eggs the night before and store in the fridge.
+ Toast Ezekiel bread
+ Mix eggs, Greek yogurt, herbs, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
+ Top slice of toast with egg salad and drizzle with honey.
