Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats(45 g)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup milk(use your favorite) 120 ml
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons greek yogurt/or your choice
1 tablespoon peanut butter(natural)
1 tablespoon cocoa/ carob powder
1 tablespoon honey
1-2 tbsp milk(use your favorite)
cover and refrigerate for 6 hours/ overnight
