Amazon employee killed in forklift accident at Plainfield facility identified

The Amazon employee who died in a forklift accident Sunday at the company's Plainfield facility was identified by police. Plainfield Police Captain Jill Lees said officers were dispatched to the scene, where they found paramedics already working on 59-year-old Phillip Terry from Indianapolis.
