Former Chiefs players respond to controversy surrounding NFL national anthem protests

As controversy over NFL players’ protests during the national anthem continues, two former Chiefs players said they support the rights of players choosing to do so. Former tight end Keith Cash and former linebacker Mike Maslowski said they have always stood for the anthem, but believe the protesting presents a chance to address problems facing the country.
