Jim Jordan changes mind, will stay in race for Speaker - October 19, 2023

After getting a lot of push-back from the #MAGA wing against the #RINO wing of the #RepublicanParty, #DonaldTrump's choice for Speaker of the House has changed his mind about dropping out and says he will stay in the race. But details are still murky, because earlier there was talk about giving the Pro-Tem #PatrickMcHenery more power and filling in until next January.
