Wanted: Thousands of Ukrainian judges for overhaul

Ukraine is desperately short of judges and is kick-starting a nationwide hiring spree to fill more than 2,000 vacancies and vet around as many sitting judges for potential misconduct. Reforming the judiciary, even while the country is at war, is a requirement if it is to join the European Union one day. Lucy Fielder reports.
