Son of Hamas author: Hamas' goal to wipe out ALL opposition

Hamas's goal is not MERELY to wipe out Israel. It is to eliminate or subjugate every other country/group/people to establish a worldwide caliphate of Hamas.
If he's right, and I see no reason to doubt him since he was raised to be part of Hamas (but lefr it to become a Christian)-- Then, the pro-Hamas group who stormed the capitol IS an insurrection because they're advocating for a group that intends to destroy the United States.
