Good morning!. Let’s Hover out Firefly Pose

📍Tips for this pose:
🩶 Stretch your hips and hamstrings!
🩶 Camera is on the ground
🩶 Take your hands a little bit wider than mat width apart
🩶 you can start from the geound In tortoise or up from fold like I did
🩶 Elbows are angled out to the side a bit so you can stay nice and low - they’re NOT in along your sides like chaturanga
🩶 I engage my quads like crazy and think about reaching through my toes to straighten my legs!
🩶 Oh and feel free to wear some sneakers if you want! 👟😉
