Roundabout compromise scheduled to go to a vote Monday night

Vote scheduled Monday night on a lawsuit settlement between the cities of Indianapolis and Carmel over proposed roundabouts on 96th Street. The agreement allowed Carmel to continue to install roundabouts on 96th and also to repair any indianapolis streets damaged as a result of the construction.
