A guy I went to school with was a Marine pilot, then an airline pilot for his entire career. He maintains that the earth is a ball spinning at ridiculous speeds as it rotates around the sun at even more ridiculous speeds, while hurtling through an infinite universe at Mach 8, all the while sundials still work, and Polaris, the North Star, remains in the same place every night, and all of the same stars are in the sky every night, just in different positions as each year passes.
Let's forget all of that for now. He is a USMC Colonel. He knows stuff, right?

This USMC Colonel ALSO maintains that chemtrails are just contrails from the engines of aircraft. NEVER MIND THAT CONTRAILS CAN ALSO BE SEEN COMING FROM PROPELLER DRIVEN SMALL AIRCRAFT.
