In the story today, Jay shares how he tried a dieting challenge shortly after graduating from college. This challenge lined up what to make each day with recipes and shopping lists to make the challenge as straight forward as possible. Here is the kicker: the challenge plan may or may not have expected you to eat left overs, and the amount of food in the plan was way more than one man could eat - especially when on a 'diet.'
