Hamas missile hits hospital in Gaza

As the IDF spokesperson pointed out a bomb from the IDF would have taken the hospital walls down and with a crater on the ground but they are still intact.

So if the hospital is still intact where did they get the 500 people dead presumably under the heavy rubble and reported it so fast worldwide ?
(no damage to hospital and no blood or body parts on the ground https://i.postimg.cc/fL8zTnk7/Al-Ahli-Hospital-in-Gaza.jpg )
The low damage is consistent with a missile strike... the kind Hamas uses against Israel.
He also said that the missile came from the cemetery behind the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital!
Why was this person next to the hospital already filming before the missile hit the hospital? Did he know it was coming?

There were no 3000 people outside the hospital like they claim now to justify the 500 dead claim, this is the crowd after the so called Israeli attack and the hospital was still standing with spectators on the windows,, strange if it was hit by a bomb that should leave a crater in the ground!

In this video you see the broken windows but no bodies on the ground, and since  when  the "victims" come in with ambulances if they died outside of the hospital?
