Jacob report on back and shoulder stiffness after infrared sauna session

Jacob's friend Chad recommended him the sauna. He was experiencing stiffness. "My back my shoulders, everything. When I got out, absolutely no stiffness. When I got out I felt like I was standing taller. I had like a slouch before and when I came out I feel like was standing taller. When I went over to Chad he even said "You are standing taller". I would have given it an 8 before I got in there and I don't even think I'm sitting at a one anymore. I don't think I've felt this good in months. I know I've been standing for a couple days but this is incredible.

Yeah. Absolutely. This is something I wish I had growing up playing sports or anything, this would be good for anybody.
How long were you in before you started to notice?
I would say I started to notice something shortly under 2 minutes. I was surprised about it. It was pretty quickly and I was super surprised about it.

Have you been in other saunas before?
Yes. Nothing comparable to this. I've been in others saunas at the gym and I could sit in that thing for 30 minutes and it wouldn't do what this has in 5."
