Israel attacked! Intelligence FAILURE? or FEATURE??

Israel has one of the most sophisticated intelligence community's in the world. They closely collaborate with America's intelligence community. Was the recent successful attack by the much less sophisticated, Hamas, truly an intelligence failure for the ages? Perhaps there's another possibility and we will explore that here. Drawing on several stories from retired Air Force Colonel Fletcher Prouty, we will attempt to broaden our perspective to allow for other possible explanations for this event.
