Flying Dog Raging Bitch Belgian IPA Review

Who would take an American version of the India Pale Ale (IPA) and then use Belgian yeast in the fermentation? How will the flavors like apricot and persimmon mix with the pine notes of the typical American hops? Flying Dog Brewery is bold, or crazy, enough to mix these two worlds and create a Belgian IPA. Flying Dog is also crazy enough to call it Raging Bitch.

Channel Dad Bryon Lape reviews the Raging Bitch IPA from Flying Dog. This spring, it was part of the variety pack along with other IPAs. The variety pack now contains cans and not bottles. How will the beer snob Bryon Lape react to beer from a can?

Have you tried the Raging Bitch IPA from Flying Dog? Do you like it? Do you have a favorite beer from Flying Dog? Leave a comment.
