This is the walkthrough of Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty's Run This Town, the eleventh mission in the expansion. Mr. Hands has some work for you, and it involves taking advantage of the recent death of Dogtown's leader, Kurt Hansen.

Run This Town Walkthrough via IGN

Go to Mr. Hands' private room at the Heavy Hearts Club and talk to him. Take the datashard on his coffee table.

The shard contains info on Lieutenant Colonel Bennett, Mr. Hands pick for Hansen's replacement.

Count me in. Continue the quest.
Plain sick of politics. Fail the quest.

Hands want you to impersonate Aguilar, a Cuban merc and Hansen's personal assassin. Take the gun, the shard containing the behavioral imprint, and the suit to continue the mission, then use the mirror to activate the cloning process.

When you're done, deactivate the behavioral imprint, leave the club, and get to the meeting point between Jago and the Voodoo Boys.
Get inside the bunker, activate Aguilar's imprint, and wait. You'll need to find a way to eliminate the Voodoo Boys soldiers guarding the meeting point. Stealth is almost impossible here, but Aguilar has a decent amount of HP, so taking all of them head-on is a relatively simple task.

Once you have cleared the area, lean by the rock and wait for Jago to show up. After informing Jago that he has angered the wrong people, he will ask you, "What happens now?" You can respond in three different ways.

You will resume your place. He'll withdraw his candidacy to replace Hansen.
You die, I think. Engage in combat with Jago and his bodyguard.
You will share the Voodoo Boys' fate. (Level 15 Body) Threaten Jago and then allow him to explain.

Picking option three will make Jago reveal that Bennett is an Arasaka pawn, and they'll use him to take control of Dogtown.

Jago will also direct you to a building in Center City where Bennett conducts his business with Arasaka.
You can immediately inform Mr. Hands of the situation with your new info or investigate Bennett first.
Meet with Bennett before Kurt Hansen's wake in Downtown City Center near Skyline & Republic. Follow the objective marker and activate Aguilar's imprint inside the first garage you see.

Kill Bennett's driver, dump his body in the nearby dumpster, then get inside his car. Bennett will counter Jago's claim, saying that Arasaka only wants the BARGHEST's smuggling routes and not the entirety of Dogtown.

You can convince him here that Aguilar and Jago will back up Bennett to replace Hansen as long as he abandons his ties with Arasaka.

Telling Bennett that he'll forget about Arasaka will cause him to go hostile, and you'll have to neutralize him. He will give up once you drop him to around 25% health.

Once you have finished talking to Bennett, leave the car and deactivate the imprint, then call Mr. Hands. He'll instruct you to attend Hansen's wake at the Black Sapphire as Aguilar to ensure a smooth transfer of power within the BARGHEST organization.

Kurt Hansen's Wake
Near the entrance to the Black Sapphire, find a quiet corner to activate Aguilar's imprint and wait for the wake to start. Enter the building and take the elevator to the club and casino floor. Jago will escort you to Bennett, and the three of you will speak about the next plan.

At some point in the conversation, Bennett will become paranoid that when Aguilar leaves, Jago will try to stab him in the back again.

You'll have many options here that'll end up with either they both agree to work their differences or Bennett will kill Jago and make an example of him.

A fair price, Jago. One you will pay. Jago will upset Bennett; you'll need to step in the middle. (See choices below)
No. You do not get a new toy, Bennett. Bennett will be upset and threaten to rid of Jago. (See choices below)
Show your weapon | You would plunge Dogtown into chaos? Bennett and Jago will agree with the new status quo.
If you pick the first option, you'll have two choices here:

Show your weapon | Accept the fucking terms. Jago will agree to be Bennett's right-hand man.
Show some respect for the dead. Bennett will kill Jago.
If you pick the second option, you'll have three follow-up choices, including one to kill Bennett.

Control yourself. Bennett will kill Jago.
At a funeral? Bennett will kill Jago.
Shoot Bennett | Enough. (Level 15 Reflex) You will kill Bennett, and Jago will become the new leader in Dogtown.
Once you finish the dialogue with those two, leave the Black Sapphire, deactivate the imprint, and then call Mr. Hands to tell him the job is done.
