The Liars or the Criminals

Frankly, we don’t know who to believe…the liars in Washington or the criminals in Tehran.
The liars in the White House tell us they reached an agreement with bankers in Qatar to freeze the 6 billion dollars in assets released to Iran in exchange for the release of five US-dual national citizens.
Joe Biden claims he still has the ability to keep those funds out of the hands of the mullahs in Tehran so that they can not be put toward military or terrorist purposes. Iran, however, claims that Washington cannot renege on the agreement. In a formal statement released by the Islamic Republic News Agency, the Iranian permanent mission told the United Nations, “The money rightfully belongs to the people of Iran, earmarked for the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to facilitate the acquisition of all essential and non-sanctioned requisites for the Iranians.”
The statement also warned The Washington Post that publishing the Biden Administration’s lies would tarnish the newspaper’s reputation. Of course, they’ve already done a pretty good job of that, already.
The more we listen to either side…the liars and the criminals…the harder it becomes to tell them apart.
