Dozens reported dead in Israeli airstrikes in southern Gaza, where civilians had been told to go

Israel was conducting heavy airstrikes early Tuesday in and near the southern Gaza towns of Khan Younis and Rafah, where Israel had told civilians to seek refuge, local officials reported. Gaza's interior ministry said at least 49 Palestinians were killed, according to the Reuters news service. CBS News' Ian Lee has more.
