Colorado train derails, spilling train cars and coal onto a highway

A train derailment and bridge collapse on Sunday resulted in the scattering of coal and the wreckage of train cars across a highway near Pueblo, Colorado, with a semi-truck driver trapped beneath the debris, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

Rescue efforts were in progress for the trapped truck driver, as mentioned by state patrol spokesperson Gary Cutler.

However, at that moment, the condition of the driver and the potential involvement of other drivers were not immediately known, the Associated Press reported.
