Day 13 of this Water Fast. Feeling strong. The temperature in this lake is 50 degrees F (10C). Today I spent 12 minutes out there. And this lake is in the middle of the woods, so I have to get dressed and then walk home. A warm home never felt so good!

Almost no low moments throughout this entire Cleanse and Detox. It wasn't always like that. Discipline and effort pays off. The disease care system operates by removing responsibility and suppressing symptoms—that never works out long-term. Health is built by discipline and habits.
