Carnivore Blood Test Results After 18 Months on a Carnivore Diet

My second lot of carnivore diet blood test results are in! I've actually had two lots of blood tests done since my first ones, but I've lumped them all together in this one video.

It's been 9 years since I had a blood test done, but the results of these tests so far are better than my results in both 2014 and 2011. I'm within range for most of the tests, depending on who you listen to. I tend to give more credence to the ranges in Dr Ken Berry's book (link above) as he's dealing with other carnivores and definitely up on the science.
