Want some chili cheese tots? Well, here are some chicken tots to top with chili and cheese. I was trying to mimic the ones from sonic drive in, but made it for the carnivore diet. This is perfect for your super bowl party

2lb Ground Ground Chicken
5 Oz Ground Pork Rinds
3 Eggs
2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
4 slices of Trash Cheese (American), shredded

1) Place your ground chicken, salt, and pepper into a bowl and knead together to season the chicken.
2) Pull out a length of cling film and lay it horizontally. Grab a wad of your chicken and roll it out like a snake and place it onto your cling wrap. Repeat this until you have about 2 inches of cling wrap left on either side. Fold the film over the chicken and roll against the table to help the shape. Place this into a freezer for about 1 hour to let stiffen up and freeze slightly. Once the hour has passed, remove from the plastic and cut into tot sized shapes.
3) Grab a bowl, a plate, and a foil line baking sheet. In the bowl add in your 3 eggs and whisk. On the plate, add your pork rinds. Dredge your chicken tots in the egg first and then in the pork rinds. Place on the tray. Repeat until all of your tots are coated.
4a) Place your tots into an oven set to 350ºF for 15 minutes or until an internal temp of 155°F.
4b) Place a pan over medium high heat along with 1/4 cup of duck fat or tallow. Let melt completely before placing down your tots. Flip every minute for 4 minutes to ensure even browning. Once pan fried, place onto a pan and place into an oven set to 350ºF for 7 minutes or until and internal temperature of 155°F has been reached.
5) Place your tots into a bowl and top with how chili and trash cheese.
