DC Comics Not GOOD ENOUGH To Print ThunderCats Comics!

Dynamite Comics has landed themselves a number of comic book deals for Warner Bros Discovery-owned IPs, which is strange, because said company actually has their own comic division known as DC Comics. With Warner Bros licensing out comic book deals to other comic companies, is this a sign that they are about to gut their own comics division if this venture proves to be profitable enough?
