We had steak,(pork, crab, and shrimp) eggs, broccoli, bean sprouts, a small amount of carrot slices, mushrooms, green peppers, onions and fresh jalapeños grilled on the hibachi grill with butter and a little soy. Then, off the buffet bar, we ate steak, jalapeno chicken, chicken wings (we took off the breading), and ribs. We have tested this restaurant with our ketomojo and know that within 15-18 hours, we will be back into a good state of ketosis. ( and normally I eat a 1/2 cup of Mayfield butter pecan ice cream.
