Ingredients: 320 grams chicken breast
200 grams bell peppers
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoons black pepper
14 teaspoons salt
1 egg white
1/2 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying

The sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons chili flakes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha or chili hot sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or any chili powder
4 tablespoons water

***** I doubled the sauce to serve over rice

1. Butterfly your chicken breast and cut into thin strips.
2. Season chicken with garlic powder black pepper, salt, egg, white, and cornstarch.
3. Heat enough neutral oil, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side do not overcook the chicken. Chicken will cook again in the sauce.
4. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. You can double the sauce if you would like to serve it with rice.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of oil minced garlic cook for 30 seconds and then add the sauce , start stirring and adding chicken mix until well coated
