How we stay lower carbs on our keto journey at Hibachi grill Chinese buffet

We choose broccoli, bean sprouts, a few slices of carrots, peppers, and onions, egg and meat grilled in butter and a little soy on the hibachi grill. Then off the buffet bar we get steak, chicken wings, ( which we take the breading off), ribs and hibachi chicken. I did eat a few slices of watermelon and the cream cheese and crab out of a couple of crab rangoons. This is a restaurant that we tested and does well for us on our keto journey. Thanks to our ketomojo we are able to know our limits at different restaurants and normally I can even have a half cup of Mayfield butter pecan ice cream and be back into ketosis within 15-18 hours.
