I have not found how much to take yet. In my research it seems not to be an issue. They seem to state put in a drink in the morning or add to a smoothie through the day etc. Sounds like a random amount, it is not medicine so doses might not be as important. It does state to keep in frig up to 2 weeks.
3 1/2 oz of honey ( i would recommend getting local honey where you know bees have been feeding off of actual pollen)
2 oz of RAW Apple Cider Vinegar (Bargs)
1 Tab. Turmeric
1/2 Tab Black Pepper
