"The Magical Secret: The Invisible Apple Cake Recipe That Will Leave You Speechless!"

INGREDIENTS (for 1 cake tin size 30cm x 13cm):
✅ 8 -10 ripe apples (800 gr of apple slices)
✅ 50 gr all-purpose flour (1.8 oz) (or rice flour for a gluten-free version)
✅ 10 gr of baking powder (approx. a teaspoon)
✅ 1 pinch of salt
✅ 3 eggs
✅ 100 ml (a bit less than 1/2 cup) of oat milk OR regular milk
✅ 20 gr (a generous tablespoon) of coconut oil (OR melted butter OR sunflower oil)
✅ 20 gr of sugar (optional)
✅ Natural vanilla extract (less than a teaspoon)

♨️ BAKE: 35-40 min. 200° Celsius fan heat, (pre-heated oven) or more if needed, don’t hesitate to cover with an aluminum foil if it burns on the top. IMPORTANT: adapt the cooking time and temperature to your own oven

RECIPE:
🌿 Mix flour, salt and baking powder together
🌿 Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white
🌿 While beating, add coconut oil, oat milk and vanilla flavoring
🌿 Pour in the flour mixture, mix again
🌿 Peel the apples and slice VERY THINLY with a knife (NB : the slices do not have to be even so that the batter can seep through evenly !)
🌿 Pour the batter over the apples, mix well and pour into the cake pan
🌿 Bake at 200° Celsius fan heat for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
🌿 When the cake is cooled, unmold it and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
