Lacey struggled with a fear that fed her explosive anger producing a need to control people and circumstances.

Lacey was born and raised near Grand Rapids, Michigan. After high school, she traded her desire for politics for a passion to serve Jesus full-time. In 2002, she moved to Alaska to attended ministry school.
