The rich think and behave differently the rest. Unfortunately it almost always feels like this information is only available to those at the top as the majority of us are never taught this at school, either deliberately or because those we learn from are non the wiser.

Now interestingly in recent times, Elon stated at a recent Ted talk even, that he does not own a house and sleeps in a friend's spare bedroom.

Perhaps he uses “bank loans” for other purchases nowadays. But it makes you think eh? A rich billionaire, not bothered about owning a house.

p.s. although he never took any kind of cash salary since 2019, although he did $23,760, which was required under California minimum wage law.
