Ingredients:

1 kilo prime beef mince
4 cups green beans
2 medium onions
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
red chili optional
8 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup saffron water
1 Tbsp ghee
4 cups basmati rice
